The company went through several incarnations, finally establishing the name Thomas. J. Conroy in 1883 and finally going out of business around 1911. In addition to golf and fishing equipment, the company also specialized in archery supplies. (Classic and Antique Fly Fishing Tackle: A Guide for Collectors and Anglers By A. J. Campbell, p. 100—104). No information found on which years the company manufactured clubs and the maker’s mark is not listed in reference books owned by the golf museum.
